Order
Do you ship all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver all across Pakistan including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta and all major cities. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer / Deposit. For bank transfers, please WhatsApp your payment screenshot to +92-339-7000261 along with your Order ID.

What sizes are available?
Our bedding is available in Single, Double, King, and Queen sizes. Size details are mentioned on each product page.
Are your products machine washable?
Yes, all LINEN TRIBE products are machine washable. We recommend washing on a gentle cycle with cool water and mild detergent. Please refer to our Care Guide for detailed instructions.
Do colours vary from screen to actual product?
Slight colour variations may occur due to different screen settings and lighting. This is not considered a defect.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your exchange policy?
We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unused, unwashed items in original packaging. Please refer to our Refunds & Exchanges page for full details.
Do you offer cash refunds?
We do not offer cash refunds. In case of a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we offer an exchange or an online shopping voucher of equal value.
